Monthly sites, and a month that starts when you do.
Long-term RV sites minutes from Early and Brownwood, Texas. A covered site, with full hook-ups at your own post.
Under construction. The park is being finished now. We're taking reservations today and expect to open in about 40 days.
Reserve your site: (325) 647-5136What a month costs.
One rate for the site and two people. The only variable is the electricity you actually use.
| Monthly rate | $650 a month, covering two people |
|---|---|
| Electric | Metered at your own post, $0.19 / kWh |
| Deposit | $150, refundable |
| Your billing day | The date you pull in, every month |
| Notice to leave | 30 days |
Your month starts the day you pull in.
No proration, and no calendar month that ends two weeks after you arrive. Move in on the 5th and the 5th is your day, every month you stay.
One payment a month
Rent and last month's electric come due together on your billing day, shown as separate lines so you can see exactly what the meter did. We take Square, credit or debit card, cash or money order. Card payments carry a processing fee.
The meter is yours to read
Every site has its own meter, right there on your post, billed at $0.19 / kWh. Read it yourself any time you want to know where you stand. A 30-amp rig runs roughly 350 kWh in spring and closer to 700 with the air conditioning going.
The rate holds
The rate quoted when your reservation is confirmed is the rate you pay for that term. Nothing is added at the gate, and nothing changes part way through a month you've already paid for.
Leaving
Thirty days' notice before your next renewal date. We take a final meter reading, settle the deposit within five business days, and you're on your way. Leaving part way through a paid month does not create a refund for the unused days.

What comes with a monthly site.
The same list whether you stay a month or a year. None of it's an add-on.
| Covered site | A 16 × 40 cover over your RV and a 10 × 20 cover for a vehicle, so neither sits out in the sun |
|---|---|
| Any size rig | A rig up to 40 feet sits fully under the cover. Bring something longer and we'll put you on a site that suits it, so call and tell us the length |
| Full hook-ups | Electric, water and septic at your own post. Water and septic are in the rate, electric is metered |
| Two people | Any two occupants of the rig. Beyond that it's $40 per person a month, for anyone six and older |
| Two vehicles | Parked under the carport or directly in front of it, never protruding into the road |
| Laundry | Machines here in the park, so you are not driving into town with a basket |
| Internet | Park-wide Wi-Fi, personal use |
There's no bath house. Every site is full hook-up, so you're using your own. The park rules cover pets, quiet hours, guests and the rest.
Before you call, know four things.
A monthly site takes a couple of minutes on the phone. Have these ready and we can usually finish it in one call.
A rig fifteen years or older needs management's approval. A well-kept older rig is usually fine, so tell us the year and we'll tell you right away.
| Your rig | Make, length and year |
|---|---|
| Your date | When you want to pull in, since that becomes your billing day |
| Who is coming | How many people, and any pets |
| Vehicles | How many, so we put you in the right spot |
Ask about a monthly site.
Call or email with your rig and your date. We answer the same day.
