There's no bath house on site. Every site is full hook-up, so you're using your own.
The fine print, in plain words.
Four things people ask before they move in. Nothing here changes once you arrive.
Metered electric
Every site has its own meter. We read it on your billing day and charge $0.19 per kWh on your next payment, so a mild month costs less than a hot one. A 30-amp rig runs roughly 350 kWh in spring and closer to 700 with the A/C going, so call it $67 to $133 a month. Nightly stays aren't metered; the electric is in the $60.
Extra guests
Two people are included in every rate. Beyond that it's $5 per person a day or $40 per person a month, for anyone six and older. Two vehicles per site, parked under the carport or directly in front of it, never protruding into the road.
Deposits
Monthly stays take a $150 deposit, weekly stays $75. Both are refundable and held against damage and unpaid electric. We settle up within five business days of you pulling out. Nightly stays take no deposit.
Canceling or changing
Monthly sites need 30 days' notice. Less than that and the deposit isn't refunded. Weekly sites need 15 days, and a late cancellation costs $15. Nightly needs 48 hours, again $15 if it's later. Deposits paid by card carry a $5 processing charge on the refund. Moving your dates instead of canceling is free if there's room.

How a monthly site gets billed.
We don't prorate. Your month runs from the day you pull in and renews on that same date every month. Arrive on the 5th and the 5th is your day, every time.
We read your meter on that day, and last month's electric is added to the next month's rent. One payment, with rent and electric shown as separate lines.

Check in from 12 pm
Earlier is usually fine if the site's clear. Call ahead and we'll tell you.
Check out by 11 am
Free late check-out to 1 pm with management's say-so. After 1 pm it's $15 per two-hour block.
Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am
Music down, and no rig moves in or out unless you've cleared it with us first.
Payment
Square, credit or debit card, cash or money order. Card payments carry a processing fee.
